Case Study Psyft Personality Assessment (PPA) Controlling Attrition

The company was going through rapid growth, but the business was hit hard by attrition and involuntary separation, primarily due to behavioural and temperamental issues.

After a detailed discussion about the organizational culture and success factors, Psyft Personality Assessment was administered for new, as well as existing employees, in order to evaluate behavioural disposition (temperament and preferences) of candidates; understand their motivational factors; focus on crucial competencies like integrity, work ethics, etc; and, identify any red flags.

PPA provided a basis for the company to monitor probability of employee turnover and to be vigilant about certain dominant personality traits of individuals that made them suitable/not suitable to roles in question.
